1. Processing Time
Our products are made-to-order (Print on Demand). Each order is produced and prepared after the purchase is completed.
All orders are processed and printed within 3–5 business days. (excluding weekends and holidays)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Estimated Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time is calculated as processing time + shipping time.
- Estimated total delivery time for Standard Shipping: 11–17 business days
- Estimated total delivery time for Express Shipping: 8–12 business days
This timeframe includes both production and shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly at support@printivon.com.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Marked as “Delivered” but not received?
1. Check with neighbors, your mailbox, or your local post office.
2. If you still can’t locate your package, contact the carrier or reach out to us for assistance.
6. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately.
This ensures faster fulfillment as some products are printed at different fulfillment centers.
