At Printivon, all products are made to order, so we begin processing orders shortly after purchase to ensure timely production and delivery.

• Within 24 hours of purchase: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase for free. If the cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund.
• After 24 hours: Once production has started, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible. If your order has not entered production yet, we will do our best to assist you.
• How to request changes: Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and the details you would like to update at support@printivon.com.
• Refund timing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
