Refund policy

At Printivon, every item is made to order — created especially for you.
Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for any reason other than an error on our part.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement.


1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order if any of the following apply:

   * Incorrect or Defective Item
You received the wrong product or one with a printing/manufacturing defect.
→ We’ll offer a refund or replacement.

   * Damaged or Broken Item
Your product arrived damaged during shipping.
→ We’ll offer a refund or replacement.

   * Missing Items
Your order is missing one or more products.
→ We’ll ship the missing item(s) once verified.
(Please include clear photos for our quality control.)

   * Significantly Different from the Description
The product is noticeably different from what was shown (e.g., blurry or faded print).
→ We’ll provide a replacement only for quality-related issues.


2. Cases Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by customer errors, including:

   * Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Invalid, missing, or incomplete details (e.g., apartment/unit number).

   * Customer Mistakes in Order Details
Incorrect selection of size, color, design, quantity, or personalization.
→ Please review your order carefully before checkout.

   * Damage from Use or Improper Care
We cannot cover issues caused after the product is received.


3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To report an issue, please contact us at support@printivon.com with:

   * Your order number

   * Photos or videos clearly showing the issue (if applicable)

   * A short description of the problem

We’ll respond within 2–5 business days to confirm next steps.
If your request is approved, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement promptly.


4. Refund Processing

   * Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

   * Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

   Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us again at support@printivon.com.


5. Order Cancellations

   You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

   After 24 hours, production may have started, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
