Orders & Production
What does made-to-order mean?
Every Printivon item is made especially for you after your order is placed. We print each design on the product type, size, and style you choose at checkout.
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within 3–5 business days. During holidays, promotions, or peak seasons, production may take a little longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. You may request to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no additional cost. If your cancellation request is approved within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across the United States?
Yes. We ship nationwide across the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery after production:
- Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–7 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the United States starts at $6.99 for Standard Shipping, while Express Shipping is available for $34.99.
We offer free standard shipping on orders $99+.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, order value, and selected shipping method.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.
Please check with neighbors, around your property, or with your local carrier first. If you still need help, contact us.
Return & Refund
What is your return policy?
Because At Printivon, every item is made to order— created especially for you., we do not accept returns except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an error on our part. What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.
What if my order is lost in transit?
If your tracking has stopped updating for an unusual period or the carrier confirms the package is lost, please contact us for assistance.
